1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, cancellation charges will be applicable as per the schedule below:

Note: Certain services like flights, visas, permits, and hotel bookings may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.

2. Cancellation by Shiv Holidays.

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, insufficient participation, etc.), we will offer:

  • A full refund of the tour cost or
  • An option to reschedule or transfer the booking to another tour/date

We will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred (e.g., visa fees, insurance, airfare not booked through us).

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days after receiving your written cancellation request.

  • Refunds will be made via the original method of payment or as mutually agreed.
  • Any bank or payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following components are typically non-refundable:

  • Visa fees
  • Travel insurance
  • Flight/train tickets (unless refundable as per carrier policy)
  • No-show at departure
  • Unused services during the tour

5. Amendments & Rescheduling

  • Requests for rescheduling or amendments must be made in writing.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • No amendments will be allowed within 15 days of departure.

6. Group Departures and Special Packages

Please refer to the specific terms mentioned in your tour invoice or consult our team before booking.eceive your returned item.
