 More than 30 days of travel date 50% of ground package cost
 30 to 21 days before the travel date 70% of ground package cost
 20 to 15 days before the travel date 80% of ground package cost
 16 to 20 days before the travel date 90% of ground package cost
 15 days before the travel date 100% of ground package cost
 Flight cancellation as per airlines policy + service charge+ tax.
 Cruise cancellation as per cruise policy + service charge + tax.
 Visa cost total non-refundable once visa processed.
 Payment is non-refundable if hotels are non-refundable.

Rate of Exchange quoted 1 THB = 2.5 INR // 1 USD = 84 INR & Any change in the ROE,
Difference Amount Has to be paid at the time of Travelling.
Additional cost to be paid for Don Muaong Airport.

In the case of international travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international
market or subject to availability.
The drivers of the vehicles are bound by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day/during a week, rest
period per day/week etc. Customers will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the
driver can complete the travel. In case any of the sightseeing schedules is missed due to delays caused by the
customer, the same will not be refunded to the customer under any circumstances.
SK Vacations does not own or manage the aircraft, accommodation, restaurants and other facilities used in
conjunction with the tours arranged. While the Company has exercised care in selecting providers of travel,
accommodation, restaurants and other facilities, the Company have not had the opportunity to inspect and do not
represent that such aircraft, accommodation, restaurants, and other facilities and services have been inspected.
SK Vacations is not responsible if you or any member of your party suffer death, illness or injury as a result of any
failure to perform or improper performance of any part of our contract with you where such failure is attributable to
(i) the acts and/or omissions of any member of the party, or (ii) those of a third party not connected with the
provision of your holiday, or (iii) an event which neither the Company or the service provider could have foreseen
or prevented even with due care.
Should any member of your party suffer illness, injury or death through misadventure arising out of an activity,
which does not form part of the holiday SK Vacations has arranged for you the Company cannot accept liability.
The Company will offer general assistance where appropriate.
In the tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take
service or not.

For early check-in and late check-outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
The company reserves the right to cancel the itinerary due to inclement weather.
